The Wisconsin Trapperman Feed is coming up on FRIDAY, SEPT 10 at our convention in Marshfield and it’s time to get organized!

I will post the Master List here and update it as we get commitments from everybody. Please post if you can bring food, beverages, etc and/or if you can help us in labor camp with cooking, serving or cleanup for the Feed on Friday or cleanup on Saturday.

Please do me a favor – when you post or PM that you can bring something, try to mention an approximate amount or number. That will help a lot with our planning.



2021 WTA TRAPPERMAN FEED MASTER LIST:
Here is what everyone is bringing or helping with so far …

LABOR CAMP WORKERS:

Wheelers – 6 dozen brats & buns
Hogbellies – 2 dozen jalapeno cheddar venison brats, 1 dozen honey mustard venison brats
Nute – plenty of fish breading
Dan H. (lurker) – 2 gallons panfish fillets
Fishadict – 2 dozen hot dogs & buns
Greg Schroeder/FHA – 25 lbs sliced ham & buns
Macthediver – Nesco with 40 lbs smoked chicken thighs

SIDES & SALADS:
Paul Dobbins – two smoked salmon cheese balls with crackers - one exclusively for Labor Camp members!
Nute – cauliflower broccoli salad
Tammy (lurker) – scalloped potatoes
Greg Schroeder/FHA – 10lbs potato salad, 10 lbs macaroni salad, 10 lbs tuna salad, 10 lbs cucumber tomato salad
Black and tan – 3 lbs coleslaw
Zim – some tomatoes, a cantaloupe & a small watermelon
Bblwi – 2 dozen sweet corn, dozen tomatoes, 1.5 lbs. of cheddar curds, 1.5-2lbs. of cheddar cheese

I can take care of the two smoked salmon cheese balls with crackers provided another hurricane doesn't smack us like it did two years ago.

I'll put my check in the mail this morning. Should get there in a week.

I'd send some great cheese, but by the time it got through customs it'd be pretty ripe.... maybe good for making lure or something.

How any poor souls are indentured to your kitchen?

Hey, NVW, are you asking how many? We usually have between 7 and 11 members of the elite Labor Camp group.

The Want List has had some major updates.

Thats a big crew bet its a blast. How many do you cook for?

It's absolutely amazing what that crew does.

For our Wisconsin feeds, we feed between 200-300 people. If we have any leftover food, we give it out to campers staying on the grounds and send that which can be frozen on to a trapper's ed event to feed more trappers.

Can't wait! As said I'll do 2- $100 gift certificates. Both to venders at the show. 1 for everyone, the other 16 yrs and younger. Excited to be there!

I can bring plenty of fish breading ,A cauliflower broccoli salad. Also tammy (lurker) will bring scalloped potatoes.

We'll bring two dozen jalapeno cheddar venison brats and a dozen honey mustard venison brats.
