Do i see something different. Seems to be a beer cap off a non so stellar beer.
now the round item if you are near any geological features from 60 million years back many times those rocks were in the gizzards of the animals present. quite common in the bad lands in ND west of Dickinson

The cross shaped one is my head scratcher. It is very smooth and hollow looking through the center in both directions. I have wondered if it could have been the crossroad of an underground rodent tunnel that got filled with sediment and then fossilized? But am open to other theories.
Hadn't considered fossilized antler -- you may be onto something.
