I was wondering if anyone has the tac light, pen, window breaker, and multi tool? If so are they good, bad, or indifferent, I’m looking for a light and pen in one.

Just a precaution , Bell&Howell is just a name.
They have been sold off years ago. Used to be a high quality name , but is now just used to sell cheap crap.

I can't suggest a pen and light combo

I can recommend a good light with a good warranty that run on every day batteries

the Stream light Pro-tac 2AA

as the name suggests it runs on 2AA batteries and produces 180 lumens think 3D cell mag light beam in a pen light

glass bezel and all aluminum construction about an hour on high and 8 hours on low it is a regulated circuit so it is bright to within a few minutes of the end.

I have sent 2 back and they were replaced under warranty one was actually over the 2 years by about a month.

it runs well on the Rayovac and energgizer rechargable NmHi batteries and by the time you recharge them a few times the batteries pay for themselves over alkalines

but at any time you in a pinch it runs good on alkaline
