Bushradical, Michigan boy. He and his wife "Girl in the woods" make some pretty good You Tube content. I been toying the idea of a HF mill myself.

I bought a Woodland mills ordered it in May it finally arrived July 31st got it all put together started it up and all it would do is idle. Found out it is missing the governor throttle spring. I called Woodland mills up and they are aware of the issue said they have ordered a bunch of the springs and would ship it out as soon as they get more in. Its been Two weeks and tracking shows it might finally be here today so I can finally try it out.

I've got one just like it. Its labor intensive. The motor starts on the first pull, almost always. The blades that come on them ain't much, I use woodmizer blades. Its bed is only good for a little over 8', but I've got the metal to go 16'. if I ever get to it.
Ain't sorry I got. I've had it for a couple years. It took a long time to get it back then, I can just imagine how long it would take now. I had a 10% off coupon they let me use, they are getting more particular with their coupons.
Til you get used to sawing, I'd use wooden stakes on the sides and just cut them off when you get down low.

Someday I would like to get a mill. Sure would reduce building projects cost especially if I get paid to hall my logs home(tree removal)

What are your setups to get the logs up onto the mill?

I use the forks on the tractor. Use a cant hook to roll them over to change sides when sawing. I just keep the tractor next to it to throw slabs and/or good boards onto. Its a workout for one old man, and if he ain't old when he starts he will be at the end of the day. I've not ran mine since I had the covid last year, but intend to when we get some cool weather.

I have one also it was cutting sq and straight when I first got it.. ow I'm having trouble, I start out w 1.5 thickness but when I get to the other end the blade is coming out the top.. I have messed w it for 2 days.
I finally took the guide block off turned them over and rotated top to bottom. That has seemed to clear most of the problem.

Timberking 1220. No hydraulics; plain ol' grunt labor. I don't set no speed records, but, make decent lumber.

I used to run a Lucas circle saw mill. Cut logs up to 70” with it. I could cut between 1300-1500 bf a day by myself. Best I did in a day with two of my sons helping was 8500 bf.

I have one. Bought 2 20 foot chunks of angle iron and made a new track for it. It cuts okay. I just ordered a norwood and will be getting rid of the harbor freight mill. It worked good on small stuff like cedar but a pain on bigger stuff. If I had to do it all over I would of got something like a lt15 wide from the start.
