I would like to be at the head of the table for that meal.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Purple hull peas, fried taters, cornbread and onion. Went meatless tonight.

Old enough to know better, but dumb enough to still try.

Now that sounds like a Yankee supper.

Nothing as nice as yours. What all do you have there besides salad, carrot cake, cheesecake, and crab legs?

We're just having pork loin roast, hash brown potato casserole dealy, and garden fresh Silver Queen corn.

Hammer that's pretty impressive. How many ya feeding and is it a special occasion?

I had venison loin chops cooked with green peppers and onions seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper. It's my favorite way to do those and also one of my favorite low carb meals.

That stuff looks ok…… probably not as good as my half-dead frozen pizza bites and Two Hearted …… but I know you all tried.

Tried a new liver and onions recipe last night, not too bad. My wife does not eat liver so it is all mine to munch on. Fresh bean, sweet corn and potatoes to round out the meal.

Finishing up some turkey necks with potatoes, onion and carrots the gf packed me for lunch. That and some brownies I baked last night. BTW the Pillsbury brownie mix is $1.50 for a reason smirk
