The dealership pays for that. They have 2 choices , buy the car and pay in full for it or rent/lease the car from the manufacturer until sold. Most cars are rented/leased until sold. Just think how much it would cost outright to buy 50-100-200 cars to have on your lot , millions. The manufacturers are losing out big time on that revenue stream right now. NRA benefactor member
