The falkens wear much better than the BFG’s. I’ve had the falken all terrains, BFG all terrains, and the new toyo all terrains. The BFG’s were toast at 20k miles even with rotations every 5k. This is on my cummins and I do tow heavy very often. I got almost 45k out of the falkens and I am on the Toyos now. They are wearing very similar to the falkens and I love them. You won’t go wrong with the falken or the Toyos. I highly suggest going a route other than BFG

Gotta live up to the nickname...

I’m running Procomp all terrain on my Tacoma. I’m one my second set and I’m a big fan so far. They are much cheaper than other options

Goodyear Duratrac. I put them on my 3/4 Ton pickup and what a difference they made. I don’t plan to put any different tire on my truck again. And yes, 10 Ply

Coopers AT/3, worst tires I have ever owned, and I've been through a lot of truck tires. Bean stubble punctures them, not to mention, gravel, sticks, corn stalks, etc... I ran them maybe 8 months and had more flats that time than in the 5 years since or prior.

Falken Wildpeak by a long shot. I've got 59k on my set currently. I expect to get atleast another 10k. Got them under a Ram 1500.

Falken wild peaks blew duratrac out of the water for me in performance and longevity and they were not loud going down the road.

On the bright side, my truck rarely sees a gravel road, let alone a crop field. Probably, the worst roads they will see will be ice roads.

Don’t waste the money on 10 ply for a Tacoma!! Most that have suggested it own 3/4 or 1 ton pickups. For the amount of stuff you will haul in that bed not worth the extra cost

General makes a good tire, I sold them for a bunch of years and we ran them on our trucks with very good results.

Depends on his usage.

Always hauling a load or running roads like the Northwoods of Maine, I'd recommend them.

Ive got the grabbers and have been impressed with them. Its basically the same tread as the Goodrich At's which I have on a work truck. Id say the grabbers are actually better in the snow.

Had one set of cooper AT3s, they are now my "summer" tire until they are worn down to nothing. In about October or so I switch those out for a set of general grabbers...best winter and mud tire ive ever owned. In April the coopers will go back on. Riding on the coopers now to save my grabbers for winter wear and trapping.
FYI, every mechanic and tire shop guy I deal with have grabbers on their own trucks. That's how I find out about them.
The coopers were great the first winter I used them but after that leaned how quickly I needed repairs from rocks and other punctures. I put them in in summers now because I own them and they will be my summer tire until tread is done. Grabbers for me in winter and sloppy early spring though.

You dont need 10 ply on a taco. THats for 3/4 ton or bigger. It will ride rough and they dont flex as much so worse off road. . I have grabbers on my f350 they work good.
