Trump wanted our troops out of Afghanistan. He struck a deal with the Afghanis that if they would do the fighting on the ground we would provide them with air support. It is the only way they had a chance. Biden took away their air support and left them high and dry. It's no wonder why they threw down there weapons and ran.

I agree, he doesn't seem like a very smart person, especially now with whatever dementia he has had happening to him over the past several years. But, ultimately, as Commander in chief, the buck should stop with him despite his repeated, ridiculous attempts at passing the buck along.

The problem with your theory is that intelligence and military personnel are coming forward and saying they told Biden this would happen. The buck stops with him. Period. It should have been apparent to anyone that Biden was having cognitive problems before the election, but its blatantly obvious to everyone now. Its getting worse quickly too. Now even his own party is turning on him. The fiasco in Afghanistan is one of the worst debacles in US history and it will have far reaching, long lasting implications.

I just heard on the news the Taliban now have a number of Blackhawk helicopters. Don’t know if this is true but if it is, what a disaster. Nancy Pelosi said when you withdraw, you leave some “stuff” behind. I guess Blackhawk helicopters and thousand of automatic weapons are stuff to her and no big deal. And this incompetence is from the same President who wants to ban law abiding Americans from owning semi-automatic weapons.
