I just watched that video.Great guy to have on our side and telling it like it is.If course,it doesn't hurt he trapped in his younger days. His program puts a unique spin on hunting and fishing with a hard emphasis on turning our game into great eating dishes. One of the only outdoor programs I'll watch anymore

I'll tell ya, that guy puts on some hard miles in his pursuit. Good job with promoting our lifestyle Mr. Rinella. He has filmed a show or two just west of me in Richland County, WI. A couple more up above Moosetrot's stomping grounds along the mighty Mississippi. I could do without him dining on deer skulls, eating the liver before the backstrap and such nonsense.

My friend cooked up some beaver early this summer that I saved for him from the spring. He used Rinella's bake in the oven recipe. We have bacon wrapped venison tenderloins along side for a comparison. EVERYONE chose the beaver as better tasting.

My daughter and I watch Meat Eater together in the evenings. Our pandemic find. We were in camp hunting last week and joked about Steve Rinnella walking up and whipping us up a feast on the camp stove from her caribou.
