Wish ours could grow like that, but the deer mow it down before it’s a couple inches tall. I guess too many deer isn’t something to complain about though

Look at that rich, dark dirt!!!

I'll trade you a bunch of red clay for a bunch of that rich dirt.

Lots of sand in places also in the UP.

The deer will work that plot now and then into winter as they first consume the green tops then paw their way through the snow for the roots. Good luck hunting.

Looking very nice, I turned half of my clover plot into brassicas this year. Going to the property tomorrow to see how they are looking.
