While the West is leaving our blood in the middle east and SW Asia, China and Russia are competing for Africa.

Nigeria and Russia just signed an MOU for $1Billion of Russian military aid to Nigeria.

I feel that China and Russia are about to out flank us.

I fear the present administration is allowing the invading army through our southern borders. Throw in some Muslim extremist, imbedded with refugees, hitching a ride from Afghanistan.....

The new woke direction will not allow us to be a world power they are so busy trying to run every aspect of the people’s lives here just look at what’s going on today.

Trump was trying to keep an open dialogue with the Russians while warning us about China. Seems revisionist to me.

Our feel good tactics, kid gloves, whatever you want to call it approach to just about everything greatly hampers our ability to compete with countries who...simply put don’t worry about it.

If you look into it a bit you'll find the US has a significant military footprint in Africa in the form of special forces. We're all over that continent.

As much of a critic as I was of Trump, that was one thing I was happy he was doing. US would do well to draw the Russians in to act as a bulwark against the Chinese.

I agree. My main concern is our Navy. China is building ships fast. We need the numbers we had at the end of the 80’s and that isn’t going to happen under the current administration.

Socialists here in the US, Russians, Chinese, terrorists, BLM/ANTIFA, the woke nonsense and kooks on the right are all real threats. There is not just one.

The US has long ignored most of Africa, not including Northern Africa. The Russians and Chinese are both threats to us there, competitively and literally.

The Russians are not our friends, especially after their meddling in the 2016 election.

Funny how the Left groups have names and faces but the right has labels yet lack the names and faces but are seen as dangerous by labeling only. LOL It’s pretty clear when the Proud Boys are labeled and considered a White Supremacist group, if the Right had a bunch of idiots they would be plastered all over the MSM every stinking day. I see more fake claims then real attacks from the right but people believe what they want to believe.
