Winter wheat. As long as soil above I believe 40 it will grow

Crimson clover is a heavy reseeder if allowed to flower and lightly disced in or burned

I put in a brassicas mix about 2 weeks ago and it is doing great. Can't see the soil it is so thick and leafy. My understanding is the deer don't hit them hard until after the frost because frost causes the leaves to be sweeter. That sounds perfect for hunting over the plot in mid to late November. I'll frost seed clover over the winter. This is a first try for me so others here have a lot more experience.
