Like those said above, chicken of the woods. Very good eating if you get them fairly soon after they emerge from the rotten wood they're growing in. They get tough really fast. Sometimes you can get away with trimming off the outer edge if it's still tender.
I usually won't identify a mushroom as either edible or inedible from just a picture I see online, But that one is pretty much a no-brainer.
