Anybody read Tom Morelock’s article “Interesting Trail Camera Observations?” I thought it was pretty interesting.

Eh...wot?

Yes, great article, I was surprised how much I had learned from trail cam video on how canines would work a mock set, and that which didn't work.

Trail camera's have forever changed what we thought we knew about trapping, lol. Most of us thought we were pretty good trappers before those camera's came along, now you can see just how little you actually know!

And just how many different critters work your sets without getting caught. Used to be the only way you knew that was when there was a good, fresh tracking snow.

Eh...wot?

I have never had trail cams out or in use and I found the article very informative and educational for me. Interesting that human scent and activity can be an attractant and animals learn from what happens to them and not what happens to other animals. To me it means probably more steel in fewer spots and catching early is important.
