Looks like heading to the south Texas coast but then curves around following the coastline into LA.

Looks like they're not going to get the brunt of it, but will get more rain which is the last thing they need. Just hope it doesn't shift further east before it makes landfall.

Maybe not. The current trend line take is through the northern portion of the state.

Rain and wind certainly can't be helpful to the work being done to get things back up and running. I imagine the line crews will have to sit it out.
