I have great news...
We have a fantastic person to carry on the Trapperman Feed tradition in Wisconsin! In case you don't know him, this is Alex the dog (whose real name is Dave).

You can't miss him, since he is about 7 feet tall (I exaggerate slightly), and he has been a great help at every event. I had him in mind from the beginning and I was really hoping he would be willing to take over for me, and I am so happy he agreed to do it.

I will be meeting with him and passing along my notes and supplies, etc. and Zim and I can help round up our usual crew to help out.

I didn't make it this year, but it certainly is an extraordinary event. I wonder if other states have ever had tMan feeds. If not, they should consider trying it.

The Wi convention is always so amazing.

That coon board looks great. Well deserved. The only thing missing is Paul's signature.

Thank you Dave for taking up the responsibility for continuing the longest running Tman feed on record. Those are some big shoes to fill, but I know you'll do a great job.

Thank you Patrice for the introduction. You, Zim, and the many labor camp workers have done a great job of making the feed go smoothly and I am fortunate to have been a part of that the last few years. Can't say thank you enough to the numerous individuals and companies that donate food and door prizes to make this a highlight of the convention. I hope to maintain the great tradition that has been established with the continued support of many others.

Thank you Dave for stepping up to lead the feed! Thank you to Patrice for getting this up and running and going strong. I trust the "Labor Camp" will continue to work and support the event. Many like myself have other duties and all we can really do is donate and it is really nice to just walk up and enjoy the feast and fellowship.

This was my 16th time organizing (15 in Wisconsin and 1 in Minnesota). I didn't start this - it was going on each year before I came along, although maybe a bit smaller.

Bryce, it is people like you we can count on every year to come through with things we need, and every year I get there on Thursday afternoon and there are your coolers and things inside them. We really appreciate your contributions!

Cant remember the year but i asked Paul if i (we) could use the name Trapperman for the feed. First one (i believe) was held behind my tailgating spot inside camping area. A small white tent awning was set up and trappers brought food. Gabby from Minn brought a pickup of sweetcorn. Beav brought Maple Glow ( Maple syrup and white lighting). If i can find the pictures will post.
