The fried bear sausage sounds like something I would like to try.

I love oysters any way I've had them but they can easily be over cooked when frying.

Other than fresh shucked I love me some oyster stew.

Uh, everything.

Gizzards, sturgeon, whole rockfish, green beans, buttercup squash. Yea, pretty much everything.

We used to do a fish fry, had 6 fryers going feeding around 100 guests. Fish, chicken, shrimp, alligator, elk, bear, moose, crab rangoon rolls, jalapeno rolls, fries, onion rings, fried oreos, funnel cakes, fried donuts, fried cherry and apple wontons, mushrooms, cauliflower, mini-corndogs, hushpuppies, cheese balls,,,,,, all from scratch, hand battered or breaded. Cooked for about 1.5-2 hours straight. No one left hungry! Huge bonfire and beverages to follow.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Fried Spam, or thick Bologna, with a thick slice of "Home Growed Tomater" on it.
