my apologies guys for not updating ya'll sooner. the tests she had done didn't show any signs of a secondary stroke ...thank god.. he said he thinks she still having effects from the first one and that its not uncommon................he said it could be a roller coaster for 3-5 months. some folks rebound much faster than others ,,,not everyone bounces back at the same rate.

again...........peg and .I deeply appreciate the prayers and private messages from those just willing to talk to help alleviate the stress from my trapperman family!

Good to hear, thanks for the update.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Good luck. My wife and I are as close as possible and I don’t know what I would do if she were sick like this. Hang in there, Fox

Great news. My mom had a stroke about 12 years ago and had episodes for a month or so. Thankfully she recovered fully and was back at work after about 1.5 months of being out. She was a court hearing reporter for SS admin. What’s funny is the day she went back she was working with a one armed judge (farming accident) Well a lawyer comes in with his client and sees the judge and my mom and shakes his head. The judge asked what was wrong and he asked for a continuance. The judge asked why and he politely explained to the judge the obvious with his predicament and the fact my mother had just had a stroke. His client was in for disability with carpal tunnel syndrome. The judge declined and told him to present his case, lol.

My doctor said he heard something with my heart. They could not fix it in Winona so I said get me to Mayo or Gunderson. I tell ya it took some doing to get the info to Mayo so they could get me in and I mean now. The test showed 85% blockage on one to the heart so they put in a Stent. I could see the doctor and staff working on me, they did not have me all the way out. I could see the monitor above me but did not understand what all doc was saying. They went in thru my wrist area. They showed me the before and after pictures. Amazing how they do this. No problems since. I am great full for doc to find this on me. Doc and I always talk hunting pheasants and ducks. Doc has caught a couple things on me and sent me elsewhere to have it fixed.
