That JStaton is why I say maybe it would be kinder to just give them all the dope they want. Wouldnt have to steal. Could just go ahead and kill theirselves. Save enough tax money to fund Social Security at current levels. Cause no matter what many addicts will never backdown from that choice. Jail. Sleeping-on the sidewalk, stealing, prostituting, whatever it takes to get high. The only relief they get is death.

I've read that the Kennsington Ave area of Philly is one of the worlds largest outdoor open air drug/heroin markets.It seems it has been going on like that for the last 40 years or more.

I have no doubt that there are probably all types of drugs being sold and used in that area.But that zombie like state she is in is caused by use of heroin.

I bet that between alcohol, prescription drugs and illegal drugs 50% of the population of the USA has serious issues with one or multiple of those things.....

The big cities that were the main players in the election fraud are all big drugie cities....

I dont think we would have more. Anybody that wants a narcotic now has it. Stuff is everywhere. Probably easier to get now than if you had to go to a clinic or pharmacy
