So yesterday I was at one Walmart and they had .243, .270, 30-06, .22 LR, .22 Mag, .17 HMR. Today another Walmart has .22 LR in boxes of 50, boxes of 300 Winchester SuperX .22 for $40, AND a bunch of boxes of .17 Winchester Super Mag for $15 per box..if the price tag was right. It is getting better. Oh, and 6.5 Creedmoor.

At least when the ammo is in stock at Walmart the prices are fair.

There ain't as much plinking and target practice as there was a couple years ago.

410 shells are getting scarce here,and expensive where you can find them.

Why would that be? Everything else in decent supply?

Can't find steel shotgun shells around here unless you shoot a 3.5" 12 gauge or a 10 gauge, oh and if you don't mind paying $40/box. Scheels had the best selection around me, Fleet Farm and Cabelas were bare as usual.

Lots of birds this fall,a group hunting on my buddy's trapline got 37 just today.Might have something to do with it.Everybody hunts partridge around here.

Our Walmart cupboard is still bare. Went to all three coming back from Dr. Appt last week in the city. Same story no ammo

Ours has been empty for months but the other day they had FOUR boxes of 30.06. We don't shoot that caliber though lol.

I’ve noticed the ones that charged the big bucks during the shortage keep listing the same ammo they cannot move now. Karma

That 30-30 load is the one I use.

I got very lucky at Walmart for steel shot on two occasions within the past month. Bought 3-100 round boxes of 12 ga, #2 Federal 3" Speed-Shok at $45.00 per and on the next trip 2 weeks later same quantity and brand of 3" BB. Same price. There were still 500 rounds left each time too,

me and the old lady were in our walmart here getting the vacination went to the sporting goods section do a recon on ammo supply ,shelf was bare not even shotgun shells nothing in stock.

they have shells here, all kinds but they go fast .

Our Walmart store says they have a small shipment everyday but Thursday. If your not there when they hit the shelf they'll be out in a matter of an hour. I managed to get a case of 20 gauge for rabbit hunting but haven't seen any since.
