I just think I hope only 10 more months this stuff an survive it an somehow live off ss an work pt somewhere I hope you do retire and it it everything you have always wanted. I hope the only work you have, is finding things to complain and whine about. I really do hope you find happiness one day Dave.

The sad part is if he signs up in 10 mos it will slowly get worse.
Needs a new vehicle, the house isn't paid for, and when he turns 65 Medicare premiums will take 25 to 30 percent of his SS check.

Not to mention that if it comes true that Medicare runs out of money, what happens to Medicare then ? Medicare trustees project hospital fund to run out in 2026 And then there is the Social Security trust Fund . Thanks to the economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic last year, the Social Security trust fund will run out of money by 2034, according to an annual government report published Tuesday. That is one year sooner than was expected last year.

So, what does this all mean ???
When Social Security goes belly up, they will end up cutting payments about 25 %
Medicare premiums will rise , to make up for the lost revenue, to pay out the Medicare claims
So, whatever you expect to get per month, anticipate a 25 % reduction when Social Security goes broke, AND an increase in the money they take out of the Social Security check each month , when they raise the Medicare premium.
A quick example.
Assume you get $1100 a Month. Subtract the $155.00 Medicare Monthly premium. That leaves $945 a Month. But, if they take 25 % off the $1,100, That leaves $825 a Month. Subtract $155 a Month, and that leave you with just $670 a Month. This doesn't take into account how much the Medicare premium will rise , if Medicare goes broke.

I look up, in notes I had , $148 for Medicare at 65 You do realize Medicare has deductibles and pays 80% of your bill unless you buy a suppliment? You have to ask yourself, can I live on 10,000 a year if you can't work anymore. https://medicareguide.com/supplemental-insurance-with-medicare-150407Read this.

Scared to ask them, unless something worse happens, easy job but just few not good things about it, if something happens worse I well , have wait an see, not go tolerate any vandalism or come up bum money or bully tactics, if I complain, I probly be looser an not there nomore as the clean co likely quit contract an pull out , they never find noone to hire pt an that location unless like $20 hr to go there, if they hire another clean co. There rates are higher lots, also they won't close an lock no gate bs, not safe idea on hill where if manual transmission u park 5 ft out roadway an turn hazards on and hope don't get cream at nite with no speed limit signs on new road an ppl tear up down it, drag racing at times an dark, I park so front wheels are past curb an set park brake an lock gate behind me, not go stay in driveway an set park an lock gate in back truck about 10 ft an release park brake an take off an let clutch out on steep incline that never been replace , rely on park brake an lock gate behind truck is not good, 4 years ago with less miles, I rember take off on one ridiculous steep hills in town an another time at full park ramp in lower level at doctor's an back up real steep an clutch hot burnt smell just from that , probly 100,000 miles ago
