My recurve is 52lbs at my draw length, Long bow around 60lbs. My old Jennings compound use most time is set at I believe 60. Won fancy Mathews on raffle with different let off point. Fought to draw decent so they replaced the limbs so could drop to 45 or 50 can't recall. My shoulder is screwed up now so still had trouble pulling Mathews way it lets off. So I gave it to my son to shoot. Haven't tried pulling the old Jennings lately. Have shot couple of the carp bows this summer few times. Old beater Darton compound think it's set at 35-40 don't really know. Just know launches carp arrow good enough and I can pull it all day if want. Got me a Mathews crossbow now too won on raffle no idea what poundage it's set at. Shoots like rifle out 50 yards no problem. My shoulder like it is most likely be using that if bow hunt this fall..

Was 55 then50 and now at the bottom of 45 and not sure of myself with that. Been shooting 3 or4 arrows each time and I do get shakky. I am a right hander but due to problems have to shoot lefty-not good
