I've said after Hilary lost that the next Democrat President would force their agenda down our throats. Obama had the stage set Hilary was going to seal the deal. Trump set them back . The next time the dems had the chance they would make sure to finish the deal. Hard to scream conspiracy theory as the bs is unfolding before our eyes. Just makes me sick.
While I'm on a rant here let me just say this...... there are a lot of people who call themselves conservative that love when money comes their way through government programs and to me are just about as responsible for the way this country is going as the ones who voted democratic. Government is buying are freedom.

Sat through a fascinating but stark legal lecture last night here at seminary in our chaplaincy program from a long time ethics attorney.
She laid out, with no political bent either way, how the federal government has systematically superseded states rights and the FG's own authority....

All kidding aside, short of going all violent on them, how does one reign in all this crap? Yes, they seized control of the government, but is there no mechanism to shut it all down? Courts have ruled on immigration and they are ignoring the courts. Can you do that when you are in charge of the levers of government?

I'm sure many of us remember reading about, or hearing from parents about the bank "holiday" in 1933. FDR demanded that citizens turn in all their gold in exchange for paper currency on that one day. An ounce of gold at that time was valued at $20.67. The day AFTER all that gold was removed from citizens, the same federal government raised the official price of gold to $35.00..........In essence stealing 69% of the value from the people.

Convention of States to me is the only likely way to turn it around. But with that said it's the ideas of the people that have let this happen and I don't see those changing until we see the full force of our decisions. A lot of damage has already been done (like the trillions in debt we are) and its going to cost the American people and they aren't going to like it and will turn to the government to ease the suffering which in turn will give the government more control. Americans as a whole are to soft. If you think we are were we are by accident your wrong. Desperate people will give up their freedoms for security. I learned that in Jr high so you can bet the people running this country know it also.

I have a seventy year old brother who told me he's thinking of joining a veterans group to fight these people. He's a Viet Nam vet and a solid Christian man, I couldn't believe what I was reading when he wrote me that. I'm willing to join him, I'm just waiting for the shoe to drop. It's probable the only way.

What do you do when you're governed by leftists who refuse you the opportunity? Our former and very conservative governor just threw his name in the ring to run again. Maybe there's some hope.

Elections Have Consequences!! If you can call this last action an election!

At some point, this whole thing starts feeling like you are a passenger on Flight 93. You know it's not going to end well and you feel like you need to do something.

How do you do that when the hijackers are your own government?

Move to a conservative state, especially if some states band together and start getting some legs under a real movement. I know it's not a fun ideal but it's better than a war. Right now if we did over through the government we couldn't have a republic because the majority of the people believe in this social bs. We have to have some kind of dictatorship or else they would vote this crap right back in

I know the talking heads on TV say the majority believe in socialism\communism, but I doubt the veracity of that claim. A large number certainly but not a preponderance. I would be shocked if its 30%. Its my opinion that a lot of people support big D because their family always has. They don’t bother to educate themselves as to what that is today.
