Just got in and forgive the presentation (paper plate and all) I’m having smoked brisket off a yield grade 4 heifer that weighed 1300. The absolute best I’ve ever smoked. I cut 3/4 slabs every night. It’s been supper for the last week and a half.

Two soft shell crabs, slaw, and hushpuppies. Wife had Columbus day off so we came to the beach house for the weekend.

Made "pulled" squirrel (this is a previous pic but todays looked the same) with hot sauce and roasted a pan of venison bones for making bone broth . Bones look darker in the pic than in person . Ate some of the roasted meat before making the bone broth . One squirrel wasn't enough .
