Personally not into runny egg yolks, but the rest of it looks good. The 'plating' is top notch, Chef Wolfie. Patrice would be proud. Even 'Po Folks' can eat well, with a little creativity. Charlie

Substitute Ramen for any Asian Recipe that involves noodles or add some fish, oyster or soy sauce, and garlic for flavor. :-)

by the way I hate the modern use of the word hack in everything
a Hack is an idiot or someone poor at the task or job
to hack at something is to crudely chop it
to hack a computer is to gain illegal access
so why is hack suddenly trying to be a good thing
Wolf your cooking skills are clearly way beyond Ramen and Ramen isn't even a cheap carb when you compare it to bulk rice or a pound of dry noodles.
rant over

I have a ex con working for me, he showed me a "hack" or call it a hot twist for your Ramen Noodles. Un wrap gently, put the square of uncooked noodles in a toaster, browning them to taste. Then cooking in the normal manner. Give it a try, I liked it, for the half dozen times a year I eat Ramen Noodles.

One pack of beef ramon noodles, boil as instructions say. Add a handful of mixed frozen vegetables and a half pint of canned venison, beaver or beef and boil til hot. You can add some shredded Swiss cheese if you like but this is a quick and easy meal.
Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

... it’s getting a little too Shawshank redemption in here ... I didn’t know ramen noodles had any culinary legitimacy outside of the big house
Insert profound nonsense here

Wolfie, you're giving Patrice a run for her money on your culinary skills.
