Trapper Dahlgren I pity whoever rides in your truck after you eat all of that stuff.

Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

Even down here in the tameness of Idaho, I still stick with the standby munchies I relied on in Alaska. Water, jerky (now deer or elk, not moose and caribou), and a roll of chocolate chip cookie dough. Because of the lack of real cold, no longer need the agoutaq to stay warm.

I bring extra bait for the traps so I wont run out when I eat some.

Copenhagen and Mountain Dew. Records show this combination adds about a dozen extra sets on setting days

Those cheese crackers are a trapline must have for sure. I also usually take jerky and granola bars. If I'm gonna be gone alllll day I usually take a sandwich too.

For sure don't take any beer with you! smile

I don't care how nice the hand soap smells, you should never walk out of the restroom sniffing your fingers.

Not much for the chew but without my Dew I'd be limping back home whipped by mid-afternoon.
