I'd never lose a minute of sleep doing in a guy like that. In fact I wouldn't even view it as violence I'm afraid. To me it would be just like putting down a rabid dog or a horse with a broken leg. It is a dispatch at that point

Cities have been desensitized for a long time you fall down they step over you, heck you don’t dare make eye contact that’s a sign of weakness the crazy folks will be all over you. More people trying to survive there then in any rural areas to get through their day living a poor quality of life but they call themselves civilized.

I have a "friend" that grew up in a gang in Phillie. After listening to some of his stories, I believe dang near anything I hear about that hellhole.

Long long ago, I intervened in a very bad situation. I was in a McDonald’s drive thru line and saw thru some bushes a woman on her back on the ground with a bad guy straddling her and very violently punching and hitting her in the face and head. Nobody was doing anything. I walked over and quite enthusiastically tapped the bad guy in the kidney area. He was still on the ground writhing and groaning when the police officers arrived. They said thanks and GOODBYE!

I stopped a guy that was beating his wife outside of a restaurant. Lots of people watching. I pulled in off the highway. Had my wife call 911. Deputies were already on their way. Musta been 8-10 men doing nothing. I didnt eat there much after that. Found out the lady was the cook. They would not let me pay. I didnt feel right not paying. heres another Philly video. I saw a body under a blanket along the Interstate in St Louis a couple weeks ago. Probly sleeping but if they were dead nobody would have known the difference.
