Are there any jobs left where they send you out in the middle of nowhere, give you a shovel and a pick and say"dig a ditch from here to here"?...no one around, no sheeple crying about my bare face...anything like that?

Yeah, move out west and go to work for a farmer or rancher. Hard work, pay not be what a lot of people are used to, and the benefits may not be real great unless you find a job with a large corporate farm or ranch.

You could probably find a job like that in Ark. Lots of cattle farmers here in MS always seem to be looking for farm hands.

Always several shepherding jobs out west here. Poor pay but if solitude is what you want it doesn't get any better than that.

That's how I try to run things. Client calls with a problem, I state a price and I solve it.

I got one of those jobs. Kinda boring, but I don't have any real complaints.

maybe i can last a few more years at this job. good paying job and good benefits, but like most jobs there are some downsides. sometimes you gotta just weigh out everything and be thankful for what you have.
