I placed an order on October 13th; I have not received my order or any status. I have called twice, left two voicemails, and no response. Any neighbors on here that could stop by and check on them?

I saw Brian and family at the South Carolina convention yesterday. Its odd that you hadn't heard anything. They've been great to deal with. I'll send them an email to give them a heads-up.

I had a problem last year. It was over a month after placing my order for lure and no info. Tried calling and nothing. Thought I got scammed so I canceled through my credit card. To this day I never heard a word. They supposed to be great and everyone seems to like them but I didn’t have a good experience.

Seems to me I remember another dealer doing this in s.d. after mel fluth sold his business. Hope its not the same type thing.

When I get to the shop first thing Monday morning I will personally check in on this and see what the issue is. Ill will call you back my self.

I have to say that Southern snares has been one of the best companies I've dealt with on trapping supplies. I'm sure they'll get you taken care of

Brian and family are good people...He has been up to the Micah Seavers W.Kentucky free trappers class several times, where I've shared some time with him.

I can spot a bad apple a mile away, and Brian is not a bad apple.... Definitely a good man...He will treat you right.

Sometimes things fall thru the cracks.

I am sure that Southern Snares is a stand up company and will fix this.
