I spent a week in Montana 2 weeks ago. Beautiful state and friendly people.
It is what it is.

Gorgeous sunrise !
My part of Montana is simply aglow now with Indian summer fall colours, temps down into the high teens or mid 20's, snow in the peaks, and dropping . I took a drive yesterday and the tamaracks in brilliant antique gold line the conifers up the mountain slopes in streaks of gold , along with the bright gold aspens , some with red tinges. Maples reds and oranges , other brush and small trees, purples and pastel apricot oranges and corals.
Huge flocks of turkeys are enjoying the meadows and pastures in droves.

Beautiful. Should be elk there using that burn. Watch a young boy shoot a bull from about few miles away. Seen lots of elk just couldn’t get with in range.

I have traveled and lived all over the world there is nothing more beautiful than Montana this time of year. Newman (my horse) and I made a 22 mile round trip yesterday. Seen sunshine, rain and snow all in the trip.

I understand and agree with you completely. We all love our Montana . It is the best of both worlds...remote and amenities.

Very beautiful! I've never been to a natural area that didn't have it's own beauty. You just have to be able to see it. I love tundra in the fall. It's beauty is enhanced by what lies ahead
