Nice work, Travis. Hardest part of scraping those big skins is manuvering them around on the fleshing beam! That is half of the work involved!

I had to have a helper to move the hide on the beam and unlike bear it never got lighter. I only had to dress the blade one time on each hide Lee that's some quality steel. I did a 610lb bear a few years ago took off 5 1/2 5gal bucks of fat and the best thing is I won this knife at the NCTA convention several years ago. Thanks Lee for the work you do with the association's and your craftsmanship.

Bandy, all I can say is that whoever skinned that bear should be horse whipped! I’ve never skinned a bear that needed fleshing!
