If you plan to get older for a long time, you might visit a few of those assisted living centers, and hope that some day you can play bingo with the ladies. OK,,Il keep that in mind.LOL Funny you say that cause a buddy of mine keeps saying he cant wait to go for the Bingo parties and such,Hahahaaa

Buddy of mine is 63,signed himself into independant living section at rest home over a shattered leg. Healed months ago and is there to stay. He loves it. He is in phoenix,,they have happy hr...wifi bowling,,bingo etc. They provide him 2 meals a day and he pays 1800 a month. Im not ready to hang it up yet . Couldnt believe he is.

Both my folks are in their mid to late 90's. Both live in separate assisted living facilities (divorced years ago, but friends). I wouldn't wish their present living condition on anyone. Very depressing.
Both of them beat cancer in their late 70's and early 80's.
Knowing what I know now, if I get something like cancer late in life I'm not going to fight it. I'd much rather burnout bright.

Garry- LOL,,,Pretty sure they might frown on that. Then againg,,it is " Assisted" living.Maybe they would give me a hand putting up fur each night??
