I figured this out some time ago but my wife confirmed it today . Her sugar cookie recipe will put a hurting on a mixer. AL small appliances and electric gadget run on SMOKE. If you let the smoke out of them they stop running. Yep almost every time. If you see the smoke sneak out of a drill, blender, hand held battery tools they will stop working.

Ya gotta spend more than 9.99 on a mixer!!!!!!!!! laugh I smoked a mixer from DG on the first batch of cookies.
