I think My side may have a great idea here.
Tman is kid-friendly , yes?
If younger people on here made that kind of offer in their area , looking to do the grunt work in exchange for picking the brain of an older trapper , it could benefit both parties well.
Thoughts?

Lots of us learned the masters degree of the trade just like that.
One of the best trappers I know left Toronto as a young man and went up north and wintered with a Cree family for several seasons out on their remote trapgrounds learning everything about bush trapping life from the patriarch of the family.

when you moved does not NB accept PEI's trapper education certificate ? Pretty sure but dont have residency yet...... will soon.

when you moved does not NB accept PEI's trapper education certificate ? How long does it take to get "residency" in Canada when moving between provinces? In South Dakota, it takes 90 days of living here before a person can apply for a resident license. I take it that Canadians have to have a "trapper's education certificate" to get a trapping license but they are not necessarily accepted between provinces...??

I know ontario license is good in Manitoba. possibly its interchangable in other provinces as well? I am pretty sure our Atlantic trapping course is transferable to most provinces other than Ontario, Quebec, and one of the territory.
