I know I've seen it recently, but can't find it. How does one take up the slop on a bg trigger?

Thank you Paul, but I'm sure that I have seen posts(threads) where a person can mash the trigger mechanism somehow to get the same result. I will definitely do this iffin I need to though! Thanks again!

On a side note... I bought some Bridger 159s , single spring 160. I thought theyd be the cats meow for mink but i couldnt get them tuned to fire correctly. I tried everything, spent alot of time and aggrivation on them. So I just recently bought Belisle 220 size triggers and dogs and with some basic adjustments they are firing perfect! 4 way trigger and fires on 1/4" of movement. Dissappointing to spend good money on traps and then have to rebuild them to perform as they should...

John, I squeeze the trigger ,the part that wraps around the jaw, with vise grips, essentially making it an oval so it moves the dog sooner, I test it same as Paul, on bench with locks on.

Here is a simple fixture for adjusting BGs that makes working on any size very easy and safe.
