Are these ECMs Interchangeable ? 1994 F-150, 5.0 ,E40D. The local Ford dealers can’t help, the local parts stores are useless, Thank You

Probably, as long as they both came out of vehicles with the same engine and transmission combo. That'd be an EEC-IV (electronic engine control 4) computer, they were pretty simple. The connectors will be the same, and the con isn't programmed into it, so it'd be a plug-n-play type thing
...just swap over and go.
