Quito Ecuador. I was sitting on the commode when it started trying to buck me off. Hotel’s alarm system went off and my wife is trying to pull me off the pot to run down the stairs to the street. LOL I had unfinished business and to her chagrin I wasn’t budging yet. She was pretty freaked out Turned out the epicenter of the 4.5 temblor was just 6 miles away from us. Big cracks in the walls of the Hotel but I don’t think anybody was hurt.

My fear of moving stairs is escalating!

That and Atahualpa’s revenge which I’ve been battling for the last 3-4 days and the reason I got to experience the jolts sitting. grin
