I broke a pair of fiskars loppers while clearing a shooting lane this afternoon. Neighbor informed me that Fiskars are typically lifetime warranty, but as I read it, it was to original purchaser. This usually means that the product needed to be registered after being purchased. I never registered the loppers. Just wondering if anyone has had actual experience with Fiskars products and their warranty. Happy Thanksgiving to all

I found a Fiskars splitting maul laying in the road. I ended up breaking the handle. Filed a claim and Fiskars sent a new maul. I purchased an additional maul because of their customer service.

Just take a picture of them and send it on their web address .
They have an outstanding Warranty that I have used several times. on pruners, pole saws and rakes to mention a few.

One thing they do is track your location, so if your neighbours think in cashing your broken stuff as well, questions will be asked.
Call center I think is in the south and Canadians are re-directed to their mailing from Canada.
10 days to 14 day delivery
