Not this year, but, have in the past.
Since the old lady does the turkey, she can do whatever she likes.

"ya gotta do the dressing (stuffing or whatever) in the cavity for flavor" she says. With what you save by spathcocking you have plenty of time and room in the oven to do prepare a really great side dressing.

I'll throw a Turkey breast on the grill for the 4 of us. Mom made one yesterday for leftovers but nothing beats fresh from the grill.
