made Carnitas today
yesterday they had 99 cent a pound country style ribs
4 onions , 3 peppers , a few carrots , can of diced tomatoes and about 4-5 pounds of pork toss it all in the crock pot this morning
garlic salt , cumin , oregano , chili powder a few bay leaves , turn it on and let it go all day
stir it and pull out the bones then serve
you can put it on Rice or Tortillas , I just had it in a bowl with cheese and sour cream since I avoid the carbs now
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Some of this aint right! If it ain't got meat in it, it ain't a meal. Just a filler.
swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo
You have to remember that 1 out of 3 Democratic Voters is just as dumb as the other two.

Some of this aint right! If it ain't got meat in it, it ain't a meal. Just a filler. Sometimes a person eats what he's got, not what he wants! My Dad told stories about what they ate in The Great Depression. He would climb up into the top of the barn and get squabs out of pigeon nests and his Mother would make squab pie. Get creative. There's hard times coming!
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Forgot about a tube of braunschweiger, or a packet of headcheese, with saltines and onions. Dont forget the mustard

1 head cabbage chopped. One whole onion chopped. 6 large potatoes diced. 1 ham bone. 6 carrots diced up. Throw in pot. Fill pot until everything is covered with water. Boil until all veggies and potatoes are tender. My mother called this boiled dinner. She made this after we ate all the meat from the ham shank

If you were lucky you pearl dive the little bits ham still left in there. I still make this every so often. But I use small ham or ham steak so has more than sliver meat in it. Mac
