Has anyone heard of a study where coyotes were treated. After 6 of the first 8 were mangy, it got me to thinking. Maybe Mark June could weigh in. You would never know without somehow marking them. I wonder how fast they would recover, if at all. What are the odds of catching the same coyote twice? Just curious.

I've been involved in research often where some biologists considered treated wild coyotes with Ivermectin but I reminded them that this is an off-label use and not allowed by law.
Ivermectin is typically given in stages and multiple doses to captured animals in controlled environments. Key word "typically." There are a few cowboys I've worked on projects with that rode off the reservation.
