Paint their room in camo, hang a trapping basket, and line their crib with cedar boughs.
Start 'em early.
When they start to crawl, put the skinning knives just outta reach, to give them incentive to go further and faster.... build that endurance for the trap line.

The wife and the grandparents may squawk a bit at first, what with no frilly girl things, or blue boy things, but precedent is precedent so stand tall and be the man of the castle.

Congrats its the best thing in the world. The whole pregancy experiance not just the baby and all that dad stuff. Amazing part of life and testement to Gods amazing designs.

With my first 20 years ago I got a phone call around 8 in the morning. My wife(girlfriend at the time) called and asked me to come back up to louisville and pick her up. Its a 2 hr drive and i had just droped her off a meps the night before to ship out for the Cost Guard. She had an Army nurse tell her she was pregnant. No shipping out for her. She was nervous worring about my reaction.and sounding negitiave. I told her its not a bad thing but good drove to get her and the rest is history.

Nice ring i cant wear one my fingers swell to much but if I could one like that would be awsum. Mine is done in ink.
