A person should only be judged by the content of their character yup. Sadly that’s not the case. Obama and BLM didn’t bring back racism. It’s always been here. Probably hard to understand though unless you experience it first hand. I’m brown. When I go to cities not everyone cares if I have a big house that I worked hard for, or 4 snowmobiles that I worked hard for, or a truck that I worked hard for or the fact that i put my kids needs before my own all without taking welfare or making money in any dishonest way. They see brown skin and that’s what they see.some of the looks that myself and my family get solely based on our skin color is an awful thing to put up with. My post isn’t political or pointing fingers at anyone in particular. It’s just the truth told from a visible minority. I know the truth is hard to accept a lot of the time but that’s the bottom line.

I heard about it last week on Jessy Kelly’s show. They will get zero of my money and I plan on telling them why. I bet most bell ringers have no idea what the Salvation Army is saying at HQ. I would encourage all to politely tell the employees and charity workers how you feel

Maybe Obama and BLM didn't bring back racism, but they surely encouraged it by their actions, incited rioting, and set what MLK accomplished back to the 30s & 40s.

There was an incident in Mpls where a white person was carrying a sign that said, "All Lives Matter". He was beaten by some BLM and Antifa people.

Actually no. You can blame it on race based programs all you want but that’s not it. Racism is just premeditated bias and stereotyping. If I’m walking through a crowded place in the city and I get a look of disgust from some ignorant person do I blame it on some race based program that benefits natives and think “dam i wish they did away with race based programs so I didn’t have to get that look” absolutely not. It’s on the ignorant person that’s giving the look without even knowing me to make changes. The ignorant person that paints with a broad brush and was taught or believes that all people of a certain race, religion,etc are exactly the same (at this point it’s all on appearance)

Come on now. If I had premeditated bias I’d assume all non natives are bad hunter based on my own personal experience but fortunately some of you on here (mostly the Alaskans) have taught me to believe otherwise. All in good fun guys. Just using that as an example. I’ve met a few good non native hunters and now when I see one I don’t automatically assume they are a bad hunter. I’ll at least give a nod or a “how’s it going?”. If they start yapping about their group sizes and quoting tv hunting show hosts then I can turn and walk away.

Next time I see a guy in new matching kuiu gear from head to toe without a rip, willow scratch, blood or oil stain on it and I’ll still give a nod and a “how’s it going?” Could be he just bought them before moving out to the bush for a year straight (probably in Alaska)

13.5 million acres of public property is now closed to trapping for any non indians in new mexico. that just happened ryan. you think maybe some of those looks are cause of that? i still think most of the hatred is the result of government discrimination rather than animosity between humans.

Come on now danny cliffton your people had 300 years to trap that country in New Mexico out. If the tribes are smart they will stay home and lease that land back to you. That way you young fellers are out burning up gas, sweating it out in the desert trapping for $1.50 possum or whatever you catch in NM. Ive never experienced paranoia. Thats usually the sign of a weak mind. My self confidence is through the roof. I don't doubt myself in anything i do. Why would I? as far as im concerned i have everything a person could want.

The looks yup. No mistaking it when the ignorant stare a certain way. Makes it way more obvious when they say stuff too. None of what ive shared is just from my imagination. I have more stories about what ive experienced but i wont share them because i dont want to be told that i was mistaken. I shared the truth in my own experiences. And all this time I thought it was only the DEMS that refused the truth even when beaten over the head with it.

The Salvation Army is one of the more honest charities out there that is why people supported them like they did, why they shot themselves in the foot to be woke is just nuts.

There are many places in Minnesota, that a white person gets funny looks. Some of the native lands are not safe for a white to be alone. They had signs at GF square that whites should stay out. There is a Somali complex right in my city that the police won’t even go into at night! Everybody deals with uncomfortable situations with other races. I believe it is human nature to be tribal and support your own. Good people treat all individuals the same while accepting inherent racial differences.
