Congratulations, you will enjoy having Churro. We have a miniature donkey we call "Stormy."
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Nice group you have there !
Im looking at those two paints...one an Overo ?
A light palomino and looks like buckskin ? Yes he is. The palomino is my wife’s and the buckskin is my 2 1/2 year old. I will start him this summer he is haft handcock. He stands at 15.2 hands now. The paint on the far left is my ride.

Sounds like you have good older ones to help you with the 2 year old on the trails. That helps a lot. With the burro you will have a nice trail string . Donkeys are also good in fearless protection in a herd from coyotes , etc.
Always like to see what gear folks use . I don’t have any photos of our Mary packing. I will get some next trip. Newman and I put little over 280 miles in the mountains sent nov 1 according to my inreach tracking this year. He was ready for season to be over.

Newman's expression says exactly that Well there's a saying among horsemen..." a tired horse is a good horse " ...you well know, the miles put on them. Unlike metal horsepower, they appreciate with use .
