im frying up some beef burger. with onions. going to add in some some tater tots mushroom soup and grated pepper jack cheese. easy and tastes good

little more substantive last night. put a layer of sliced taters in a roasting pan, layered on some butter slabs. covered with chopped onion green chili and ground ham. sprinkled it all real good with flour salt and pepper. did a couple more layers. added in some milk and baked it for 2 hours at 350

Just having a big tossed salad, going to bed early. been snowing hard all day. Early morning snow plowing before log trucks roll in about noon.
