I get a kick out of the fact he paid the two guys to beat him up with a check. Dumb (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) probably wrote "fake hate crime" in the lower left corner. Should be an additional charge of criminal stupidity.

When it comes time for sentencing the judge should tally up the time his fictional assailant would have gotten.
JMO, but any false allegation whether it be ex wives/girlfriends or dirty cops/prosecutors should get the full sentence they sought for someone else. I agree.

If he's found guilty- wouldn't the sentencing now include lying under oath? It should but there are some crucial factors that speak against it. The guy is gay, black and a democrat voter and works ....... worked in the film industry, pretending to be an actor. So in short, nope won't happen.
