The older I get,the more I hate snow and cold. I especially hate having to spend so much energy with a snow shovel in my hand.

I hate snow too. It makes almost everything on the farmer harder. We are at 57F right now and just had a hard thunderstorm go through, so snow is not happening here yet. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the sixties. The daytime temperatures here are forecast to be above freezing to at least the 24th.

I would never want to live in Wisconsin or Minnesota.

Almost the same as with Keith, thunder storms now and a high of 63 for tomorrow. Some crazy weather in America.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

I'm in the I hate snow camp as well. The only time it's beneficial to me is if I have to track a deer. It does make for pretty pictures though. I took a couple pictures a few years ago so I'm good. If I want to see what it looks like I'll find those.

We got nothing up here and it is forecast to be in the 40's middle of the week. The little snow we have will be mostly gone for fisher/marten season.

I have nothing clever to put here.

I don't mind the snow and cold if I am prepared for it. The tractor and skidsteer has #1 in them and the snow blower runs good. I never minded pushing snow. Haven't got tracks on the ATV yet but don't take long if they are needed.

I feel exactly the same and am so happy to see that we did not get a single flake here north of Brainerd. It is sunny and bright here now. Yay me!

I'm just happy to be here! Today I'm as young as I'll ever be and and older than I've ever been before!

First snow of the year here but I still can see the grass. So maybe 1" total.

You can have our share to. Rain and straight line wind here. I’ve been out cutting trees off the road since 5:30 this morning but that is still better than pushing snow.

Looks like he needs another year;-)

My daughter in South Dakota got 15 inches at their house. Our granddaughter lives closer to Hot Springs, SD and they got 17 inches yesterday morning. We just got rain and wind here in West Central Ohio. 63 degrees this morning - supposed to be 28 degrees tomorrow morning.

The little snow we had is gone. None in sight for about another week. I have a feeling that we are going to pay when it does come

It’ll be nice to get rid of this crunchy layer on the ground.
As for snow, bring it. Doesn’t bother me, just part of everything. With today’s clothing and winter machinery there is plenty to enjoy on this short journey we call life.

Anything is better than what those poor souls went through in Kentucky. I’m praying for the families and victims.

Give me a crust any day. I have made enough troughs through the powder in the last 30 years. The wind just blew all those in and will be gone or crowned so I'll be making new troughs next time out, burning twice the fuel.
