I run a giant seafood market and have access to thousands of pounds of fresh fish heads/racks. We just toss them everything from small whiting to giant tuna and swordfish- should I be saving these for coon or anything and freezing or is it a waste of time and just stick to the proven lures/essences ? I am planning on moving to texas for my job soon and have no idea if I would have a use for these there. Or maybe I could help a lure maker out

Im sure you know a processor that has fish opilr cheap and easy.
I like using fresh fish or very light taint then preserved.
