For a skinning machine. Not sure of how I would have got the drum mounted to the frame. Had to raise it up close to 2 feet to get the thing high enough. Don’t know what this thing weighs, but I am pretty sure it would pinch your toe if it came down on ya. It was all that winch wanted for sure. Gonna finish the brace in and motor hook up tomorrow if the creek don’t rise. [Linked Image]

That is a big drum, you must catch lots of fur.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Hope left enough clearance from the wall.

Not the last couple weeks. Been working on this. Hope to finish it tomorrow and get back trapping. Hope to start tanning out most of my fur here on out. Hides ain’t worth squat if you can find somebody to buy them. Good year to start learning to tan them out. If I screw a bunch up, I ain’t out much. crazy

i am thinking about doing the same thing with my furs. wife want a fur blanket and id like to get some wall hangers put up.

i have an old gas dryer that the heat element went out 110v do you think that would work just on a smaller scale.
