Depends on the beer. Coors Light is only 5 carbs. Michelob Ultra is about half that. But, wine is lower than most beers because of volume.

wine is deceptive on the bottle because a lot of them go by ounce 0.7 carbs per ounce still puts you at 3.5 carbs per 5 ounce pour even though the bottle may say <1 per ounce and really who pours 5 ounces
